Index equality Men-Women

 

In accordance with Article D.1142-4 of the Labor Code resulting from Decree No. 2019-15 of 8 January 2019, SEPR achieved a score of 94/100 on the index equality Men-Women for 2025.


This overall score reflects the results of the following indicators:

  • Pay gap indicator: 34
  • Increase rate gap indicator: 20
  • Promotion rate gap indicator: 15
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15
  • High pay indicator: 10
